I don't think they're proper lawyers.

Ex signed, returned, and was surprised to find the paperwork returned to him. With no explanation. :??:

He phoned the office, not knowing which lawyer was dealing with it (why hadn't she included a letter with it first time anyway?) and there was no-one able to explain why the paperwork was returned :??:

I vaguely know a lawyer that I really like but he doesn't live round here. Mostly I don't like them though.
