It feels illegal.
No - it means if you're located outside a radius of several hundred metres, then it can't pinpoint you - but if you're in close range then it can.
a) Ridiculous
b) *invisible*
That does seem a bit wrong.
And it can only track the person down to within "Several hundred metres" So basically you could get to the general area you are supposed to be meeting someone in and then just, oh I dunno, call there effing mobile like ya do now perhaps!
Just another way to get money out of us.
Very useful for checking the whereabouts of the spouse.
